Party FAQs – Itsy Bitsyccino

 

How many adults can attend?
Our maximum capacity is 18 children and 22 adults to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

 

How long is the party?
Parties run for 2 hours, with the first 1 hour 30 minutes for play and the final 30 minutes for food and cake.

 

Can we arrive early to set up?
Yes! You’ll have 15 minutes before your start time to set up.

 

When is the final balance due?
Your remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your party.

 

Do you require a damage deposit?
Yes, a damage deposit is taken and will be fully refunded after your event, provided no damage has occurred.

 

What happens if we run over time?
Late departures are charged at £10 per 10 minutes. We kindly ask for a prompt exit to allow us to prepare for the next party.

 

Is there a shoe policy?
Yes – we operate a no-shoe policy in the play area. Grip socks must be worn by the children and we provide shoe covers for the adults.

 

Rules of Play

● Children must be supervised at all times

● Suitable for ages 0–6 years (older siblings are welcome if playing gently)

● No shoes, food, or drinks in the play area

● No rough play

● No tape, adhesives, or confetti anywhere in the venue

● Please note seasonal decorations may already be in place (September–December)

● All food must be eaten in the designated food area only

 

Food & Allergies

● Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance

● Any birthday cake must be cut and served by you or your guests
