Before You Visit

​We’ve created a calm, safe and welcoming space for little ones to play and grown-ups to relax. To help everyone enjoy their visit, please take a moment to read our guidelines:

• Our space is designed for children aged 0–6 years.

• We do not charge you to play. Instead, your admission is fully redeemable to enjoy something for yourself in our coffee shop.

• No booking needed — however, during busy periods please check our social stories for availabilty.

House Rules

• Children must be supervised by their parent or caregiver at all times. 

• Children remain the responsibility of their adult during their visit.

• No outside food or drink is permitted, baby food exceptions apply. Only items purchased in our coffee shop may be consumed on site.

• Children must wear grip socks in the play area. These are available to purchase at the coffee bar if needed.

• Shoe covers are provided for adults in the play area.

• For safety, no rough play is permitted.

Play Area Guidelines

• Children must remain within the coffee shop play area and are not permitted in the party room or dance studio.

• Food and drink must be kept within the café area and not taken into play zones.

• Please be mindful of others and help us keep the space tidy.

Health & Safety

• If your child is unwell, we kindly ask that you visit another day.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if anyone in your party shows signs of illness.

Parking

• Limited parking is available on site IB marked bays only.

• Additional off-road parking is available nearby.
